The jardin des Landes

What you’ll need: shaker, strainer, long drink glass (tumbler)

Ingredients 

4 cl Blanche d’armagnac – Baco

4 cl. lime juice

2 cl. elderberry liqueur

2 cl. liquid cane sugar
Ginger beer

Mint leaves, cucumber

Crush the cucumber and mint in the shaker then proceed to fill it with ice.

Pour all the ingredients in the shaker and shake.

Fill the glass with ice then strain the cocktail into it and top up with ginger beer.
