The Citrus & Grape
What you’ll need : A shaker, a strainer and a whisky glass
Ingredients
4cl 8 years old Grand Assemblage Darroze Armagnac
6cl sweet wine
2cl lime juice
1 teaspoon bitter orange marmalade
½cl vineyard peach liqueur
Pour all the ingredients in the ice-filled shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds then strain into the whisky glass.
Garnish with a wedge of orange.
