The Ma Douce
What you’ll need: shaker, strainer, Martini glass
Ingredients
5 cl. 12 years old Darroze Grand assemblage Armagnac
2 cl. Cointreau
2 cl. lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
Pour all the ingredients in the ice-filled shaker.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
