The Saint Aubin
What you’ll need: Spoon, Old fashion glass
3 cl. 4 years old Biologic Armagnac
3 cl. cCampari
3 cl. Red vermouth
Fill the glass with ice and pour the Armagnac.
Add the Campari and red vermouth, complete with ice and stir with a spoon.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
