The Gascon Coffee
What you’ll need : shaker, cuillère, strainer
Ingredients:
4 cl. 4years old Biologic Armagnac
3 cl. Coffee liqueur
2 cl. Hazelnut liqueur or syrup
5 cl. Espresso
Coffee grounds, coffee beans or star anise
Pour all the ingredients in the shaker except for the espresso and fill it with ice.
Brew the espresso and pour it into the shaker.
Shake immediately after in order to create an emulsion.
Strain into the glass with a tea strainer and garnish the foam with coffee grounds, coffee beans or star anise.
