The Lady Louise
What you’ll need: a shaker, a strainer and a whisky glass
Ingredients
4 cl. Blanche d’armagnac – Folle blanche
3 cl. Guignolet or cherry liqueur
2 cl. Raspberry purée
2 cl. Lime juice
1cl. liquid cane sugar
Red berries
Pour all the ingredients in the shaker then fill it with ice. Shake vigorously.
Fill the glass with ice and strain the content of the shaker into it.
Garnish with a few red berries.
