The Aloa Sunshine
What you’ll need: shaker, strainer, old fashion glass
Ingredients
4 cl Blanche d’armagnac – Baco
4 cl coconut purée
4 cl. aloe juice
3 cl. lime juice
Grated tonka bean
Pour all the ingredients (including the tonka bean into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
Fill the glass with ice then strain the contents of the shaker into it.
Garnish with some grated tonic bean.
