30 ML VERJUICE OR 20 ML LEMON JUICE
15 ML WHITE GRAPE SYRUP
50 ML WHITE ARMAGNAC MIXOLOGY
1/2 EGG WHITE
DECORATION : Vine leaf
Pour the ingredients into the shaker in the order given in the recipe. Shake once with ice, then a second time without ice to emulsify the mixture. Serve in a cocktail cup and garnish.
