The Rude Jam

What you’ll need: shaker, spoon, strainer, whisky glass

Ingredients

4 cl. Blanche d’armagnac – Ugni Blanc

2 teaspoons rhubarb jam 

2cl. lime juice

Ginger ale

Put the jam into the shaker.

Add the Blanche d’Armagnac and lime juice.

Stir with a spoon then fill the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain the cocktail into the ice-filled glass.

Top up with ginger ale and garnish with season fruits.
