Discovering “À la cave où manger”
Today we’re delighted to introduce you to one of our historic wine merchants: À la cave où manger, based in Levallois-Perret.
Founded in 2002 by Gilles Mouligneaux, a wine and spirits enthusiast, this independent wine merchant selects all the bottles available in its cellar for their taste quality and typical character. He is also careful to respect the work of the producers with whom he has worked for many years.
A former head sommelier and restaurant manager at Hélène Darroze on rue d’Assas, where he spent 5 years, Gilles Mouligneaux has kept in touch with all the producers he met during that time. In fact, attached to the houses with which he works, in his cellars he promotes a single brand of armagnac, ours, Armagnacs Darroze.
He opened a second cellar in 2017 in Bussy-Saint-Georges, pursuing the same quest for quality and pleasure, and has won several awards in recent years for his work in his cellars.
We are proud to have been associated with this fine address for many years and we invite you to discover our armagnacs in the cellars of Levallois-Perret and Bussy-Saint-Georges.
