Limpid and brilliant. A very interesting, complex nose, in which we find aromas of flowers, white fruits, mentholated, peppery which accompany more pastry notes of brioche, yeast, rye bread. Very complex. On the palate, the eau-de-vie coats the entire palate, revealing a lovely freshness dominated by spices (pepper), fresh mint and violets. Still very complex on the palate. Very long finish.<\/p>\n

Straw-yellow color with fiery highlights. The nose is intense. Slightly woody, vanilla aromas complement a beautiful palette of fruit (dried apricot, orange zest), lightly pastry-like (almond paste, tarte tatin) and toasty (honey, beeswax). Very fine and delicate. Very well-balanced on the palate, with well-melted alcohol, clean aromas (apricot jam, milk caramel) and silky, delicate tannins.<\/p>\n

Armagnacs Darroze’s sensational entry into the world of cocktails is underpinned by an innovative bottle. In keeping with Darroze’s strong CSR approach, a bottle weighing just 83 grams and made from recycled paper, itself easily recyclable, has been chosen to dress these Armagnacs. An inner casing (also recyclable) ensures that the armagnac is watertight and perfectly preserved.<\/p>\n

J\u00e9r\u00e9my Lauilh\u00e9 is a bartender from the Landes region who trains and advises bars and spirits companies. After working in a number of prestigious establishments, he became the eighth bartender in France to be awarded the blue-white-red collar of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, a distinction that rewards hard work, precision and creativity in this profession. He is known for his daring spirit, which likes to push back the boundaries of his discipline to offer a unique experience.<\/p>\n
